a turnkey service to new tenants, free of charge, to sit down with
the tenant and develop a space plan and finish schedule.
Based on the space plan and finish schedule, Anderson Construction
will develop a budget for construction. From this budget the
rental rate is derived to reflect the scope of work. Once
the space plan, finish schedule, and rental rate are agreed upon,
the space plan and finish schedule are turned over to the architect
to complete the working drawings. After the architect
completes the working drawings, the tenant and landlord will
review and sign off on the drawings. Construction on your
new suite can now begin.
